Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Associate
Collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the marketing, sales and product teams to drive strategic alignment and maximize campaign impact.
Drive and implement programs that support the generation of a robust pipeline, focusing on the development of Leads, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Design, build and execute email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle nurture strategies.
Own campaigns from start to finish including but not limited to writing email copy, building landing pages, and defining detailed audience lists.
Develop A/B testing and optimization plans for emails, landing pages, forms, message resonance, and other efforts
Analyze consumer behavior, website trends and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Regularly review tracking, attribution, and lead flow into Salesforce
Transform data into actionable strategic insights and recommendations that measure impact and report on program effectiveness while constantly looking at ways to optimize results
Identify and implement new trends to improve lead gen conversions and increase the campaign success rate.
Manage, report on and define measurable KPIs and own quarterly demand generation goals (net new leads created, MQL, opportunities, etc.) and ensure exceptional ROI.

Penthera is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for developing, supporting, building, and executing targeted demand generation campaigns to drive lead acquisition, lead and opportunity progression, and client retention. The ideal candidate is a demand generation, and HubSpot guru who loves data and understands how to leverage it to improve marketing and sales results.

3+ years of experience working in B2B demand generation.
Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats
Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data
Exceptional storytelling skills and keen understanding of how to evolve narratives
This role demands critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Tendency to jump in and learn new platforms and tools
Understanding of analytics platforms, ie. Google Analytics and experience using analytics platforms to create reports.
Experienced in CMS & CRM tools, HubSpot (required), and exposure to Salesforce is strongly preferred.
