Director of Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Create interesting and effective market-facing content including sales presentations, website content, videos, blog posts, and more.

  • Support the planning and execution of full-funnel ABM and Media programs.

  • Set up best practices for sales to track, monitor, and optimize weekly lead flow, scoring, nurture, and follow-up.

  • Develop product positioning and messaging informed by market insights, competitor analysis, customer research, and product awareness.

  • Conduct competitive analysis of our solutions in the ecosystem and the video space.

  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products in various regions across the globe.

  • Develop global product marketing strategies and launch plans.

  • Collaborate with product leaders, sales, and customer results teams to produce data-driven case studies and customer use cases.

  • Communicate effectively and often to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

Who you are

Penthera is looking for a Director of Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives for our suite of video products. This role will be critical in creating go-to-market materials, lead generation strategies, and global product launch plans across several verticals. The Director, Marketing is a high-impact and high-visibility role within the organization. The person filling this role will work across owned, earned, and paid marketing channels, and partner with teams (Product, Sales, Engineering, Data, and more) to launch go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications​​

  • 5+ years in marketing in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

  • Experience developing and managing automated drip campaigns in CRMs or sales automation tools.

  • Previous Account-based marketing experience is a plus. Experience in B2B Marketing, Demand Generation in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record crafting compelling messaging and positioning for software products that clearly articulate the value proposition.

  • Experience with developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive product adoption, cross-selling, and upselling.

  • Experience with market & competitor analysis, and developing go-to-market launch strategies.

  • You are analytical, results, and detail-oriented professional who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

  • Communication skills. You have the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits and transfer that knowledge to the sales team and our customers, which is crucial.

  • Background in the video and ad tech industry is preferred.

  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
