Data/Analytics Manager

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
Location: United States 

Job Description:  
We are seeking a Data/Analytics Manager to oversee operational process and workflow data management infrastructure across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and Client relations
(pre and post Sales). This role will be responsible for identifying operational/data issues, problem-solving and ideating solutions, evaluating scalable implementation options, providing / aggregating data for multiple teams, and working with key stakeholders to ensure processes and output products meet needs, both internally and client-facing.

Key Functions:
Build a strategy to make Penthera a data-centric company and execute against it.

Managing all data resources.

Identifying trends and data points to be used to make data-informed decisions to further the company’s business objectives.
o Working with customer base to collect key data to further the value proposition.

Consolidate data sets from multiple systems into a singular data aggregation platform using Marketing Automation Platform, CRM and additional platforms.

Develop end-to-end Sales funnel tracking.

Create and deliver consistent data/analytics reports to various department heads.

Develop ROI analysis for Marketing and lead generation effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Experience working at a startup.

Team player.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.

Experience in large datasets and master data management.

Salesforce/Hubspot experience a plus.

Enterprise Sales Director

Reports to: Vice President, Sales
Location: United States 

Job Description:  
Help revolutionize the way brand marketers promote and share video content with their passionate consumers.You will be evangelizing and selling Penthera software and services within assigned accounts or territory while working from your home base. And you will generate sales through personal contacts, prospecting, in person meetings, conference calls, and written proposals. You’ll perform complete sales cycle activities from lead identification through contract negotiation and signing, account transition to services, ongoing support, and follow-on sales. Since you will be working remotely, you will collaborate with other internal Penthera departments and the customer to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction using a variety of state of the art communication tools.

Key Responsibilities: ·
Close sales in assigned accounts or territory.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.

Negotiate contracts with customers involving Penthera management team as required Identify new prospects and business opportunities.

Conceive and implement territory-based out-bound lead generation activities for Penthera products and services.

Activities may include account meetings, product demonstrations, industry meetings, prospecting, cold-calling, email campaigns and account research.

Assess customer needs and qualify sales opportunities.

Prepare, present and clarify quotations and all related sale documentation to customers Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective clients at executive levels.

Accurately forecast software and professional services opportunities on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Enter all activities, contacts and their titles, and track all customer related information and communication in salesforce.com.

Prepare, present and maintain Territory, Account, Prospecting, Lead Generation and Opportunity Status and Next Steps in support of ongoing Opportunity Reviews.

Demonstrate and maintain a thorough understanding of the target market and functional business activity.

Analyze and understand customer insights and market trends; adapt, communicate and evolve strategies based on these changes.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites to conduct sales activities and to Penthera company events.

Establish clear meeting agendas and provide client background and call plans to internal resources in advance of meetings.

Represent Penthera in the industry at local, regional and national conferences and events.

Continuously learn Penthera products, value and fit for customer base.

Continuously provide marketplace feedback and learning with the Penthera team  

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling software solutions to medium and large corporations and preferably to brand marketers.  Experience selling to C-level executives a requirement Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field of study. Proven success of quota over-attainment during the past several years. Previous employer and customer references.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas in person, over the telephone, and in written correspondence.

Understanding of basic workforce management, business functions, and processes.

Self-starter with excellent prioritization and time management skills.

At ease of establishing business relationships with individuals from various industries & departments and at various corporate levels.

Comfortable speaking before an audience of between 2–50 people in either a live meeting or teleconference setting.

Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry including long-term care is a plus.

Well versed in Windows and Internet technologies, Salesforce experience preferred.

Skilled with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
