VP of Product Management

Reports to: Content Manager, Marketing
Location: United States 

Job Description:  
We are seeking a VP of Product Management to help us develop new solutions and refine our existing line-up of mobile video viewing experience software. This individual must have experience working in tech start-ups and have his/her finger on the pulse of the latest consumer trends/problems around streaming video. A broad base of skills and knowledge spanning mobile technology, strategy and business planning, user experience design, engineering and agile/lean development practices is critical.

This position requires an entrepreneurial drive, a passion for UX, strong technical aptitude and business knowledge. In this role, you will help build highly usable products that are relied upon by leading companies across multiple business verticals. You will be responsible for building and managing the product roadmap to support our overall goals and strategies. The role will involve working closely with senior management, technical partners, marketing, channel partners, sales, engineering, and operations.

You will be responsible for:
Helping to define the product roadmap and strategy.

Helping develop new and refine existing products to ensure they meet market needs

Using data to inform decisions; define and analyze meaningful success metrics and quantitative insights (surveys, market research, user research, and customer care)

Connecting vision and technology with sufficient detail to help engineering teams build.

Assisting leadership in the preparation of presentations, reports and other materials

Researching and reporting on competitive products in the space

Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in product management

Have a design viewpoint, with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of users

Obsession with data and data-driven solutions

Passion about the latest trends in mobile video, TV, internet• Innovative problem-solving skills that can turn problems into clear solutions

Bias for action and comfortable with ambiguity

Entrepreneurial experience and familiarity with business challenges.

Excellent management, organizational, and analytical skills, and superb communication skills.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:  
We are seeking a passionate, creative, self-starting Digital Marketing Coordinator to be a member of the Marketing team that is excited about the rapid changes in mobile video and has a strong desire to help support our marketing efforts: email marketing, social media, digital marketing, SEO, paid search engine marketing, analytics, events, and more. The Marketing Coordinator is a member of the Marketing team and is responsible for assisting in any marketing tactic or project.

Working under the direction of the Content Marketing Strategist, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role within the team that involves organization of our internal processes, communication across broader teams, and creation of new materials for projects and presentations. 

This position is based in New York City. The role requires writing skills, analytical thinking, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
SEM Management: Build and maintain campaigns on Google AdWords and consistently optimize and report on campaigns to the marketing team.

Email Marketing and Analytics: Help create automated email marketing campaigns using Hubspot software to both our prospect and client base for increased lead generation. Generate analytics reports that reflect and analyze our efforts in Hubspot.

Social Media: Create and report on social media posts for Twitter and LinkedIn.

Event details: Assist in the coordination of our trade show and customer events by creating marketing communications and collateral, assisting in swag creation, vendor discussions and logistics around event coordination.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital or comparable experience2 years + experience requiredStrong analytical skillsExperience with Google Adwords, Hubspot, or similar toolsUnderstanding of SEO, web analytics, and how to create social media content that drives viewership and engagement

Enterprise Sales Director

Reports to: Vice President, Sales
Location: United States 

Job Description:  
Help revolutionize the way brand marketers promote and share video content with their passionate consumers.You will be evangelizing and selling Penthera software and services within assigned accounts or territory while working from your home base. And you will generate sales through personal contacts, prospecting, in person meetings, conference calls, and written proposals. You’ll perform complete sales cycle activities from lead identification through contract negotiation and signing, account transition to services, ongoing support, and follow-on sales. Since you will be working remotely, you will collaborate with other internal Penthera departments and the customer to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction using a variety of state of the art communication tools.

Key Responsibilities: ·
Close sales in assigned accounts or territory.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.

Negotiate contracts with customers involving Penthera management team as required Identify new prospects and business opportunities.

Conceive and implement territory-based out-bound lead generation activities for Penthera products and services.

Activities may include account meetings, product demonstrations, industry meetings, prospecting, cold-calling, email campaigns and account research.

Assess customer needs and qualify sales opportunities.

Prepare, present and clarify quotations and all related sale documentation to customers Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective clients at executive levels.

Accurately forecast software and professional services opportunities on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Enter all activities, contacts and their titles, and track all customer related information and communication in salesforce.com.

Prepare, present and maintain Territory, Account, Prospecting, Lead Generation and Opportunity Status and Next Steps in support of ongoing Opportunity Reviews.

Demonstrate and maintain a thorough understanding of the target market and functional business activity.

Analyze and understand customer insights and market trends; adapt, communicate and evolve strategies based on these changes.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites to conduct sales activities and to Penthera company events.

Establish clear meeting agendas and provide client background and call plans to internal resources in advance of meetings.

Represent Penthera in the industry at local, regional and national conferences and events.

Continuously learn Penthera products, value and fit for customer base.

Continuously provide marketplace feedback and learning with the Penthera team  

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling software solutions to medium and large corporations and preferably to brand marketers.  Experience selling to C-level executives a requirement Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field of study. Proven success of quota over-attainment during the past several years. Previous employer and customer references.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas in person, over the telephone, and in written correspondence.

Understanding of basic workforce management, business functions, and processes.

Self-starter with excellent prioritization and time management skills.

At ease of establishing business relationships with individuals from various industries & departments and at various corporate levels.

Comfortable speaking before an audience of between 2–50 people in either a live meeting or teleconference setting.

Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry including long-term care is a plus.

Well versed in Windows and Internet technologies, Salesforce experience preferred.

Skilled with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
