Marketing Director
The Position
The Director of Marketing is responsible for generating marketing campaigns and product marketing collateral that drive sales pipeline and ultimately revenue growth. He/She will be responsible for the development and management of multi-vertical B2B marketing programs, implementation, and results. They will create lead generation initiatives, oversee website development, generate thought leadership content/sales collateral, and publishing case studies and testimonials.

He/She will be responsible for the development and management of multi-vertical B2B marketing programs, implementation, and results. They will create lead generation initiatives, oversee website development, generate thought leadership content/sales collateral, and publishing case studies and testimonials.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading the marketing team- overseeing all marketing projects including email campaigns, product marketing, thought leadership, speaking engagements, social media strategy.
- Developing a quarterly and yearly marketing strategy focused on driving qualified leads to acquire new customers, grow the technology usage within existing customers, and retain current customers.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives to support lead generation programs which ultimately drive sales and client retention.
- Leading the creation, design, and production of product collateral including one-pagers, videos, and research.
- Uses Hubspot to create and send emails, assist with list creation, and produce automated emails.
- Identifying speaking and sponsorship opportunities at key global industry events and successfully executing our participation at these events.
- Ensure consistency in brand and messaging across the company.
- Regular reporting on the above activities.
Who you are
- Proven track record of achieving lead gen targets and developing new content from scratch. Experience having worked at martech/adtech technology company or other tech or SaaS company.
- A data-centric approach to our analytics.
- An energetic individual with a strong sense of urgency
- Experienced working independently in an ever-changing environment is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional business writing skills and a strong grasp of grammar and style; can visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content.
- Openness to constructive feedback and the opinions and ideas of others.
